Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are made just for you and usually ship in 3–5 business days. Most
customers receive their goodies within 5–10 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to
expand in the future — stay tuned!
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships from
our printing house, so you can follow it every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If your item hasn’t been worn or used, we’re happy to take it back within 14 days of your order.
Please start your return by emailing your order number to us at: woofwoof@littledogsbigdogs.store
We'll authorize a return so that you can mail the item in its original, unworn condition to us at our warehouse. We'll process your refund as soon as the package reaches us - no floofs given!
What if my order arrives damaged?
If anything arrives damaged, snap a quick photo and contact us with your order number at woofwoof@littledogsbigdogs.store
We’ll send a replacement ASAP!
